My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ocean: Your Winter Wonderland Shepherd

Looking to add a little snowy magic to your life? Meet Ocean, the snow-white Shepherd who's as breathtaking as a fresh winter morning and just as full of wonder. With his sleek white coat and sparkling personality, he's basically the canine version of a snow angel.

Ocean gets along great with his doggie roommates, spreading winter cheer wherever he goes. He's also mastered the doggie door, sliding in and out like a pro-he might as well be training for the doggie Winter Olympics!

This snowy superstar is ready for all your winter adventures, from snowball chases (he loves a good game) to cozy nights by the fire. And don't worry, he'll happily help you clean up those cookie crumbs-he's all about holiday spirit, especially when treats are involved.

Ocean is ready to melt your heart and make every day feel like a snow day. Adopt him, and let the winter wonderland fun begin!

More about this rescue

A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal who needs our help. All animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, testing (HW for dogs, FIV/Felv for cats), and whatever else they need before adoption.
