Opie is one of the precious pups from the “O” Litter, found abandoned with his mom and two siblings in rural Texas. Thankfully, they’re now safe and thriving. Opie is searching for his perfect forever family!

A Great Pyrenees mix, Opie is as sweet as he is stunning. This breed is known for their loyalty and gentle nature, making them wonderful companions for children and families alike. Opie will grow up to be a big, fluffy guardian who’s as loving as he is loyal.

Opie is available for pre-adoption and will be ready to snuggle into his new home on November 23, 2024. Could your family be the one to give Opie the life he deserves?

Adoption Applications are digital and can be located on our website www.texasacr.org/forms

Interview

This is typically completed via phone. We also call and verify references as well as Land Lord approval is applicable.

Home Check

We do require the applicant to send us a video of their yard focusing on the fence line.

Adoption fees range from $150-$450 based on the pet. Please verify adoption fee on our website by looking at the individual pets listing.
