Who is the sweetest girl in the world? Pretty little pointy-eared tiger girl, Piper of course!
She loves to be petted, receive attention, to purr, and offer body rubs in appreciation! And she has the sweetest meow. Life wasn’t easy living outdoors in a colony of other cats after her person died, wondering where her next meal might come from or where to find warm shelter. Now that she's been rescued, she is so happy to know that she doesn’t have to worry about that anymore. She has a warm home to sleep in and as much food as she wants. And she shows how thankful she is every day.
Piper loves other cats who don’t try to dominate her; she will need another kitty friend in her new home. Older kids to shower her with love would be okay too. We aren’t sure how she is
with dogs but think she would be fine with an older mellow dog who doesn’t try to invade her
personal space.
We believe she is around 10 months old and come springtime will need a safe place to venture
outside to soak up the sun and chase a few bugs. Most of all she wants and needs lots of love.

If your interview goes well, we will have you arrange a meeting time with the kitty's foster.

Sign Adoption Contract
Once you meet the kitty, if you and the kitty are a good fit for each other, then you will sign the contract and pay the adoption fee.

We require that adopters sign our adoption contract and a legally binding no-declawing agreement. There is an adoption fee. Most adult cats are $80 except for those who are sponsored or part of a special. Kittens under 8 months are $135. All adults are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens are adopted at 12 weeks of age or older and are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Clear Creek Cat Rescue is a group of individuals in Alaska dedicated to rescuing cats in need, giving them care, rehabilitation if needed, and finding happy homes for them. We each give what we can to help these cats get through this most unfortunate time in their lives when they have been taken to the pound or are otherwise lost and homeless. Some of us share our homes with these cats while they are waiting for their forever family, some transport them from place to place, some host adoption fairs, take pictures, post ads. Some offer financial help. And through this dedicated group of people, more than a thousand cats have been saved and found loving homes.
