Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, I’m Chicklet. If you know your animals, a chicklet is a small chick, and a small chick is a young chicken. Ha ha, I’m a kitten! Fooled you there, but I am the smallest of my litter which includes Chippy, Chilton, and Chimichanga. And I’m not a little yellow puff ball showing up as a sign of spring, I’m a striped tabby girl born in July. I have a serious love of laps and when I get settled in and start purring, I drool. I mean, I really drool, because I love being petted and spoiled so much. My foster mom and foster teenager (he’s 13) can barely sit and get comfortable before I’m trying to get the prime spot. Watch your hoodie strings, necklace, earrings, and curly long hair because I might want to “touch” them in between drowsing while you pet me.
I’m also fond of wrestling with my siblings, playing with balls and using scratcher toys, and eating. It’s fun (and warm) to sleep in a pile and not be in a hurry to go anywhere or do anything. I’m enjoying exploring my foster home and saying “hi” to the big cats who live here too. I think I’d like to sleep in a bed with the people, though one of the resident cats isn’t sharing the bed space yet. We’ll see if I can wear him down with my sweet ways.
I also enjoy big windows, getting up on the back of the couch or the cat tower to look outside, and taking a turn with the wand toy if my sister Chippy isn’t trying to steal it. I’m looking for a future home where a little drool is not a problem and maybe a big human bed to try out. What do you think, should we meet up and talk?
All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!
If you are interested in meeting and adopting one of our cats please email: gotfriendlies@gmail.com
Our cats and kittens are in private foster homes and need a completed questionnaire before an appointment can be made to meet them.
All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
