Waldo Needs a Hospice Foster Home-Local Raleigh Area

Meet Waldo, a 15-year-old blind chihuahua who deserves to live out his remaining time in comfort and love. Waldo came to us under unclear circumstances, and sadly, he was surrendered in terrible condition—his belly band was soaked in urine, and he had painful urine scalding on his body.

Waldo has a heart murmur and a large hernia, and he’s not healthy enough to survive surgery. Despite his challenges, we made a promise to Waldo that his final days would be better than the life he left behind. But we can’t do it alone—we need your help.

We urgently need a hospice foster home for Waldo, where he can live in peace and quiet, surrounded by love. This sweet boy deserves to feel safe and cared for in his remaining days, and we know there’s someone out there who can give him that gift.

Most of our dogs are seniors and we like to place them with elderly people

We always go to the persons home with the dog to make sure it is safe.
We do some events as they come along

We bring in the senior dogs and medically needy dogs.
We are a small rescue making a difference in the world. No dog deserves to dumped in a shelter after giving their entire life to a family.

I had locked myself away from the world back in 2010. I saw this tiny ShihTzu on the news that had been saved from a puppy mill bust. I adopted Princess Reagan Marie and she saved my life. I wanted to help other dogs so I started fostering. In May 2021 I open my rescue.
