Teddy A chocolate, male, Poodle-Jack Russell Terrier Puppy.
Teddy was born on August 9th. Teddy is a curious, people-oriented dog who loves to play with his foster siblings. Teddy is learning how to sit, stay, and come. He is 3 months old and ready for a forever family. Teddy will need adopters with another 1-2 adult, dog-friendly, small-breed pup(s) in the home to mentor and teach him how to be a family member. Teddy weighs approximately 6.5 pounds and will be in the 15-pound range as an adult.
Like all puppies, he is sweet, curious, and very high-energy. Teddy will need committed adopters who are willing to be patient and put in the time and energy to train him to be an integrated family member. Teddy will also need someone to be with him during the day for potty training, mid-day feeding, training, and general care so he will grow up to be a well-adjusted dog.
Teddy received his first vaccine on October 10th and the second on October 24th. If he did not receive a third and final vaccine, an adult DHPP, at the time of adoption, he will need it.
Adopting Teddy Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup. The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Maya has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble instead of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate her adopters on proper diet and nutrition. Teddy has a $595.00 adoption fee. All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link. Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match. https://rompinpawsrescue.com
