My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oriole scored his first foster home with us since arriving in WA 🙌 and he’s doing great! Check out how he’s been doing! ⬇️

I have to keep reminding myself that he’s still a puppy because he’s such a good boy. This dude is so full of love. He gets along great with the other dogs, and has no problems with the cat. For a dog with a voice, he is very responsive to quickly stopping if he’s told not to AND he doesn’t do it often. He is timid on the leash and he’s happy when he gets a chance to smell everything thoroughly 😂 He’s super curious and SOOO sweet. He’s a sponge ready to soak up all the love.

We can’t believe this good boy hasn’t been adopted yet! Apply to adopt Oriole on our site! 🐾

We have adoption events each Saturday at Wet Noses Dry Paws in Tacoma (411 Fawcett Ave Tacoma) from 2-4. Not all dogs listed will be attending but it is a great time to come and socialize with them in a play setting.

More about this rescue

501c3 non-profit l est 2019 l

We have been fostering dogs since early 2019 through various rescues.

What better way to showcase them then in a playful, happy, loving environment with other loving dogs in our community.

Recently we have started changing things as we are looking for our pups to go into foster homes/foster to adopt.

We typically fly dogs in from over capacity shelters in Texas, drive puppers over from Yakima, and still have an amazing relationship with a partnering rescue in Mexico.
