My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper is a 6-year-old female Pit Bull mix who must be spayed before adoption.  She is an owner turn in due to her energy level.  Piper is brindle and white;  and she is a good looking girl.  She weighs 60 pounds so she is a large dog.  Piper is very energetic and strong.  She would need a securely fenced yard where she could get proper exercise.  Piper does have a strong prey drive so she absolutely does NOT need to be in a home with cats.  She is good with older children due to her size and energy level. Her owner suggested that she would need to be slowly introduced to other dogs because she is good with some dogs but not good with others.  If you have another dog, we would require a 'meet and greet' at the shelter with your other dog.  Piper is loving and sweet.  She loves to show off!  Piper loves to spin around and dance for treats.  She knows some commands like 'sit'.  Piper will gladly hug you if you ask for one!  She is also house trained.  Piper is such a great dog and is ready to be adopted to a family who will take up lots of time with her and love her like she deserves to be loved.

Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.
