Meet Olaf, a sweet panther look-alike with a heart of gold. This 10 year old gentleman starts each day full of energy, ready for breakfast and playtime. Chasing a wand toy or pouncing on toys that “hide” under a rug are his favorite interactive games. Olaf can happily entertain himself with toy mice, bouncy balls, and treat puzzles, but if you need to get his attention, a quick shake of some treats brings him running.

Speaking of treats, they are a great way to befriend Olaf. While he can be a bit shy with new people, anyone bearing treats and pets will quickly win him over. Olaf might even flop over and show his belly for someone calm who helps him feel relaxed. 

Once Olaf is comfortable, he turns into a total cuddle bug. His favorite place to sleep is on someone’s lap — add in some pets and belly rubs and he’s at his happiest. If your lap happens not to be available, you may find this shadow cat snoozing at your feet while you work or chirping at birds and squirrels in the window.

Once he’s gotten used to a new space, Olaf is happy to go with the flow, matching the rhythm of the household. His foster reports that he’s always ready to give the very best cuddles.
