A change in living circumstances brought Marzi and her younger friend Sloth A917988 to the shelter. Losing a home of 12 years is a big deal, Marzi has always lived in a home, never a shelter. She`s lived with other dogs besides Sloth through the years, and also some of her years she lived with cats. She learned all about good living skills. She knows her sit, stay, down, come, shake/paw, she`s been friendly to everyone she`s met, takes bathes like a pro, went for nice walks, stayed home alone well, loved her treats, ran for broccoli saying YES please, had her bathes, had sunbathing sessions in her yard, stayed by her person and always slept near them - all of the things a very loved home dog gets to do. Then life was upended. We hope to make this stay a short one. Her friends at ClassicCaninesATX are here in the shelter helping her adjust and helping to find bridges to a new home for Marzi. She`s heart worm negative and ready to be spayed and leave for the next chapters in life. She`s available with or without her friend Sloth.
