Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hey! I’m Chippy! I’m a tabby girl who was born in July and I’m living up to the namesake holiday of that month, Independence Day. Between me and my three siblings (Chimichanga, Chicklet, and Chilton), I’m the most independent of the group and a little more reserved, too. With great power comes great responsibility, and my power is being cautious on the scene while I check things out. I enjoy time with people and being petted, no doubt there. But only after I scope out the room and report back, then we can move on to the fun.
If I didn’t already stand out for my solo missions and safety enforcement, I’ve got a special skill that needs to be seen to be admired. I am a champion toy snatcher. If you aren’t holding on to that wand toy tight enough, I will grab it with my teeth and run. See ya! I will yank on that toy until you surrender it if I’m really determined. I can share, once I’ve had my moment to give it a good smack down.
You can also tell me apart from my crew because my fur is a couple of shades lighter. I wouldn’t say I’m blonde below the black markings, more of a deep sand color. I have some beautiful stripes and swirls, and a white chin spot that’s made for scratching. Do you have a couch or two, some other comfy snuggle spots, and toys? You might be the family I’m looking for, and I’m happy to bring along a sibling or meet your resident pets.
All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!
If you are interested in meeting and adopting one of our cats please email: gotfriendlies@gmail.com
Our cats and kittens are in private foster homes and need a completed questionnaire before an appointment can be made to meet them.
All of our cats/kittens are in foster homes throughout DuPage County. We consider adopters within a reasonable driving distance.
