Hi there, my name is Chimichanga. Have you heard of a chimichanga before? It’s a burrito. While I'm definitely not edible, I could be your purrito if you wrap me up and cuddle me!
I’m a friendly and adorable tabby boy with black stripes and tiny ear tufts. I was born in July 2024. I am definitely not a food but I do like food. I’m a good eater and wet food is my favorite. When my foster mom calls me for dinner, I show up quickly and ready to show everyone else how to get into the clean plate club.
I’m a lap cat when the time is right, and I’ve also been known to help with chores and laundry. I could follow my foster mom around all day, if I didn’t already have it on my schedule to wrestle with my three siblings (Chilton, Chippy, and Chicklet) and look out the windows for a while. I might also attack a little toy mouse or two, if the need is there.
There are big cats in my foster home and I’m fine with hanging out with them. I’ve also been known to pile up with my brother and two sisters for a nap-athon. If that’s not a word, it should be. I’m hoping to find a home with one of my siblings, a resident cat, maybe some teenagers? I haven’t met any little kids yet though I know I like big kids, otherwise called “adults.” Whatever you call yourself, I just want to be there with you!
All cats & kittens are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and FeLV/FIV tested. Adoption fee is a minimum $110 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers. Discounted adoption fee if two kittens are adopted together, $175 for a pair. A brief screening questionnaire and contract apply!

Feral Fixers is dedicated to the Trap, Neuter & Return (TNR) of feral cats within DuPage county. As part of our mission, we also rescue friendly cats and kittens that have been abandoned outside. We socialize and provide medical care to these kitties in our foster homes, and then make them available for adoption.
