Little miss Cider is unfortunately having a stressful stay in the shelter, and is hopeful to find her furever home soon. She can be shy with new people, but she is a big ball of love and affection once she gets to know you. Cider is as sweet as can be, its hard not to love that adorable little underbite. Cider does well with other dogs, though she comes on a little strong so she would prefer calm, tolerant doggy housemates. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Cider home. OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center & Shelter to provide an environment of continuous improvement; emphasizing excellent service and safety for the community; providing the dogs and people of Fairfield County protection, care, and compassion with innovative, yet sustainable means; all while maintaining a standard of the utmost integrity.

It is the purpose of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter to embrace the dogs of the community; to keep lost or adoptable dogs safe until they can find their way home; to protect Fairfield County through the enforcement of Section 955 of the Ohio Revised Code , and to continue to provide the community with education opportunities on the importance of pet safety and population control.
