My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MORE DETAILS TO COME
HE IS GOING THROUGH A BOARD AND TRAIN WITH FRANKIE AND FRIENDS DOG TRAINING CURRENTLY AND WILL NOT BE READY FOR A HOME TILL JAN 25

This large German Shepherd had an owner once but the owner passed away and the family couldnt take him. He is lacking structure and taking commands so he will be participating in a board and train program where the trainer sees amazing potential for this very smart and energetic boy.

**He will come with free training for one year post adoption
**He is crate trained, house trained, walks well on leash, understands place work and more!
**No kids in his home and he is not cat tested

Please note:
He is a large working breed so someone that understands the breed and is active is required. He does have at least one bite on his record of him biting the vet tech and gets bity when he gets overstimulated so we are muzzle training him so he doesnt bite when he gets scared or nervous. The use of a muzzle will be needed. Otherwise he is a very smart dog that has picked up his training very fast!

Check out his foster/dog trainers instagram page highlight of him to see his progress and how his training is going!

More about this rescue

“A Dog Rescue Doing More than Dog Rescue”
We are a young rescue (3rd year anniversary in Jan 2023), but we are here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow.

We are doing more than just rescuing the dog.
We hold monthly group training classes for the community (yes, even those without rescue dogs).

We provide free training for our foster families.
We provide free training for our adoptive families.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog, we are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education through our community.
It seems like a simple thought of course, but one that many rescue groups do not follow.
