Hey there, I`m Justina! One day, while I was exploring my neighborhood, I stumbled upon a strange glowing stone. As a curious kitty, I couldn`t resist touching it. Suddenly, I was imbued with superpowers! I could leap tall fences in a single bound and had laser-like focus. But with great power comes great responsibility, and I found myself protecting other animals from danger. My adventures led me to this shelter, a haven for heroes like me. Come down to Pet Food Express in The Fountains of Roseville to look at the cats available.

2.
Submit Application

We will have you file your application with one of our amazing volunteer counselors.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

At your appointment we will give you an opportunity to meet the pet and make a final decision. If all goes well, you will take the pet home.

The mission of the Placer Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Placer SPCA) is to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond.

We offer programs for the pets and people of Placer County, including adoptions, lost and found, low-cost spay and neuter assistance, humane education programs, emergency financial assistance for pet owners, free behavior advice, and low-cost microchips and rabies vaccines.
