My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Plymouth, an adult dog with a heart full of joy. His friendly demeanor is infectious, and he has a knack for turning any ordinary day into an exciting adventure. Playful by nature, he loves a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. But don`t let his energy fool you, Plymouth also appreciates a good cuddle session. His energetic spirit is balanced by his gentle nature, making him the perfect companion for both active outings and relaxing evenings at home. Plymouth`s zest for life is unmatched, and he`s ready to share it with a loving family. Adopting Plymouth means gaining a loyal friend who will fill your days with laughter, love, and endless play. Let Plymouth bring the joy of companionship into your life.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
