Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Ozzie! I'm a young adult cat looking for a quiet place to call home. I have been very stressed at the shelter (can you really blame me with all of those loud dogs?), so I haven't been feeling up to showing off my true personality. However, after some soft spoken words of encouragement and slow blinks, I am happy to accept pets to my head and face and will visibly start to relax and purr softly. I just might need a little more time and understanding while I settle into a new home. I lived with other cats in my previous home, and would really appreciate having a new feline companion in the next one. I enjoy catnip, and love to play with my stuffed mice during the quiet moments at the shelter.

The Columbia Humane Society was formed in 1943 to provide shelter and care for Columbia’s abandoned animals.
