My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Harvest, an adult dog who has a world of potential just waiting to be unlocked. His intelligence shines through in his quick learning of commands and tricks. He`s a ball of energy, always ready for a game of fetch - his absolute favorite! Despite his enthusiasm, Harvest also has a shy side, making his bonds with people all the more special. He`s friendly to everyone he meets, showcasing his gentle nature. Adopting Harvest means gaining a loyal friend, a playful companion, and an intelligent partner. His vibrant personality and love for life make him the perfect addition to any family looking for a dog with a big heart and even bigger spirit.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
