My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Big Boy, a resident of our local shelter. He`s an adult dog with a heart full of love and a personality that can light up a room. His sweetness is contagious, often making everyone around him feel special and loved. Big Boy is friendly to all, always ready to make new friends with his goofy antics. He`s full of energy, always up for a game of fetch or a brisk walk. But when it`s time to wind down, Big Boy is the perfect cuddle companion, his warmth and affectionate nature making him the perfect snuggle buddy. Adopt Big Boy and welcome a lifetime of laughter, love, and companionship into your home.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
