Maggie May is an 11 year old terrier mix. She still has a lot of love to give! This sweet girl came to the shelter after her owner became quite ill. She’s good with cats and dogs, is housebroken and ready for a home for the holidays!

People must come in for personal interview and complete adoption form. If renting, written permission from landlord is required. Adoption fee is $225. We require animals be returned to our facility if adoption does not work out. We require a signed agreement never to chain or crate an animal (crate exception for transport only). We DO NOT support crating! We follow up with phone call or home visit within first month. Adoptions are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 231-944-6520. You must be 21 years or older to adopt.
