My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bailey! He is a handsome and loving 5-year-old grey and white tabby who would make an amazing companion. Bailey has a gentle and affectionate personality, making him a joy to have by your side.

Bailey has tested positive for FIV, an autoimmune condition that some cats have. FIV is not communicable to humans, and FIV-positive cats lead happy, normal lives. Our adoption staff would be happy to provide more information and answer any questions you may have about caring for Bailey.

Bailey is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had preventative treatments to ensure he is healthy and ready for his new home.

To meet Bailey, visit the Best Friends New York Soho Lifesaving Center at 307 West Broadway, New York, NY, near Canal Street. We're open daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved. Come by and see if Bailey is the perfect match for you!
