T.C is a cute little guy who is just figuring out the world! He is a shy boy, who is looking for a patient, kind adopter who will help him feel safe and loved. T.C. was fostered with dogs and isn`t bothered by them. He sometimes likes to play with a wagging tail ;) T.C. took a while to get comfortable with people. And his foster feels he will adjust quicker in a calmer home. But does enjoy calmer, respectful kids once he gets familiar.
