Meet Arthur! This sweet and well-behaved pup is ready to find his forever home. Arthur is fully house-trained and doesn't need to be crated at night or when you're away-he's a well-mannered, relaxed companion. He walks wonderfully on a leash with the help of a gentle leader and loves going on adventures.

Arthur is a playful guy who enjoys a good game of fetch and is a natural swimmer, so he's sure to keep you active and entertained. He's gentle with kids and has a great sense of protection, always alert and ready to let you know when someone's at the door. While he's friendly, he can be a bit particular about who he plays with, so a proper introduction is key.

Arthur also knows several tricks and enjoys showing off his smarts! If you're looking for a loyal and affectionate pup with a mix of energy and calm, Arthur could be the perfect fit for you.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is a 501c3 organization established in 2003.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
