Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for the most laid back, snuggle bug? Scooby is content to just chill out and not be part of the action. He is excellent in the car and will sit right down like a little passenger should. Doesn't pull on a leash. Will sniff out all the best crumbs and then look for the best place to take a nap. Smiles when he sleeps.
Another dog attacked him in his previous home, so he is initially scared of doggie friends. However, once he knows they are his buddies, he will warm up to friendly dogs who love to play.

More about this shelter
A not-for-profit organization, Monroe County Friends of Animals help the County by raising funds to build a new facility for our animals. It is called the Eastbourne Animal Center and has now replaced the old Monroe County Animal Shelter. They provide volunteers, fundraising events, grant writing and more. There is always a need for more volunteers. With a small budget, donations are a welcome necessity. We have developed educational programs to promote spay/neuter and humane care of all animals.
