Meet Roxie, the sweet and gentle cat with a heart full of love! Roxie is a true social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with both dogs and kids. Roxie loves being petted and can often be found curling up next to her humans, soaking up all the affection she can get. She's also a big fan of treats and loves playing with toys, keeping her entertained while also giving her the occasional snack. Roxie is fully litter box trained and a well-behaved, easygoing cat who enjoys the simple pleasures in life, from a quiet nap to a playful romp. Her mellow and laid-back nature makes her a joy to be around, whether she's snuggling up for some cuddle time or simply lounging in the sun.

-Have a U.S. government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or state ID
-Verify that you are allowed to have a pet of the breed and size where you currently live
-Be able to provide necessary medical treatment, training, and proper care for your pet

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League is a limited-admission humane society and provides services to over 34,000 cats, dogs, puppies, and kittens each year. Operating continuously since 1925, we have been positively impacting animal welfare and addressing overpopulation in Palm Beach County through a variety of services.

Our Vision is to create a community where 100% of the adoptable animals find loving homes and no animals will be euthanized because of pet overpopulation.

Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, Humane Society of the Palm Beaches, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and does not receive funding from city, county, state, or federal government, or local organizations with similar names. We rely solely on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations to provide quality programs and services to the community. Your donations directly support the services and programs in place to help animals in need.
