Socks loves fall most of all, especially because he's hoping to find his forever person before turkey day! This adorable boy is just under 4 years old and just loves to play! He enjoys all of his toys and likes to play with other gentle, playful feline friends. He's just so sweet and a very gentle love bug!
Socks' other hobbies include cat condos, catniip, and snuggling next to his special person. He is a little shy at first, but he forms a true bond with his person who will show him the love and attention he so very deserves. He is looking for a home with a friendly feline sibling to keep him company and would be a great companion for someone who works from home.
Socks as elevated kidney values that needs monitoring and is on kidney care diet. to keep him healthy, happy and thriving. Questions? Our team is available to answer it all!

About Ten Lives:
Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat.
Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience!
All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.

All potential adopters must fill out the Ten Lives adoption application, show proof of either home ownership or landlords approval, and current veterinary records for any resident animals. All approved adopters will be required to sign the Ten Lives adoption agreement.
