Pillsbury (Pancake) is the sweetest, well mannered, velcro girl, Pug/Chihuahua mix, she weighs about 17 pounds, 4-5 years old. She is very loving, moderately active, does great with lower energy dogs. Her favorite things, lots of loving, treats and a comfy couch.
Loves going for walks, bashing in the sun. Pillsbury is spayed, up to date on vaccines, health check, wormed, micro chipped ready for a loving home to spoil her. She is in southern Idaho, transport is provided to approved foster or adopter. Email journeyhomerescue@outlook.com, ask for Pillsbury!

Additional adoption info

Fees range between $150-$650. An adoption application, followed by a check of references, such as Veterinarian, and a home check and or pictures. After which the board will go over all the information and decide what is the best for the animal.

Go meet their pets

At present we are a foster based rescue. People are welcome to come meet our animals in their foster homes by appointment. In the future we will have adoption events in our areas.

More about this rescue

The founders of the multi state rescue have over 80 years of experience in rescue. We saw the need to use our experience to help and we formed Journey Home. Our love and passion for helping neglected, injured, abandoned, homeless animals is our utmost priority. Educating the communities on the need for spayed, neuter, and vaccines and training as needed. We rely on donations, and fundraisers and grants to help sustain the rescue.
