Alex is the classic lazy bum of a cat. She enjoys being in the same room as her humans, but rarely seeks affection, however she will purr loudly if you come to her and enjoys being brushed. Her favorite thing is a cozy spot to curl up and nap in. A soft blanket, cat tree cubby or your latest Amazon box, she’s not choosy.
Alex is good with kids, ignores dogs of any size, and does not seem to have fear of anything. She will hiss at other cats, but eventually comes around and either ignores them or becomes friends. It’s a toss up.
While chill in almost every regard, Alex does have some food issues from her prior life as a street cat. She is about 6 years old and spent the first year and a half living rough. This causes her to habitually over eat (and then vomit) if food is not restricted. When food is restricted Alex will seek out human food, and any left unsecured will be sampled regardless of packaging.
