From the foster: Puppy 786 is the sweetest guy looking for his forever home! From the minute we brought him home, puppy 786 has been happy, curious and a loyal gentle giant. He has been content to play and explore on his own, but also enjoys playing with his brother. He loves to explore outside as much as he can, spending most of the day sniffing around the backyard, or wrestling with his brother. Puppy 786 likes to play with our 65 pound dog, but also recognizes his boundaries and will redirect that energy towards something else when necessary. He has slept overnight and taken all of his naps in a crate with his brother with no crying. I imagine there may be an adjustment period when he's on his own, but he's up for the challenge! He is progressing well with potty training when given ample opportunities to go outside, but he also uses puppy pads indoors when needed. He is a truly amazing dog and deserves the best home!

More about this rescue

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
