My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yik Yak has in his possession one of the best Shih Tzu pompadours this side of the Rockies. High, tight, with a puff of white, it has survived a rough-and-tumble patch, and emerged, like Yik Yak's lovely spirit, with flying colors. Found in bad shape by an unsung hero, this floofy lad is on the mend and back in monkey business, playing with dogs, trotting with authority and enjoying every meal. What he needs now is someone with whom to share his hard-won riches - bundles of love and genuine appreciation. Second breakfasts will not be refused under any circumstances.

If you know who you're interested in, we'll arrange a meeting in person or virtually. If you're still browsing, come to an adoption event!

3.

Additional adoption info

All of our senior mutts are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given flea/tick/dewormer medication. Regular adoptions are typically $250, and there is no adoption fee for senior adopters and Hospice adoptions, though we love donations to help pay it forward for the next mutt!
