My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Inky is an estimated 6-month-old, 25 lb female Rottweiler mix (DNA test of sibling shows 60% Rott) who was rescued from eastern Washington along with her littermates. We estimate she will be around 45-50 lbs when full grown. While her siblings have been adopted, Inky is still looking for a home. She has been learning the ropes of inside dogging while in foster care including house training and crate training. She is playful, smart and friendly with people and dogs. She will benefit from a loving family who will continue with her training and help her be the best dog she can be!

Foster Update: Inky is a very sweet puppy. Her favorite thing in the world is to put one paw on either side of your neck and give you a big hug. She loves toys and carrying things around in her mouth. She is doing well with her potty training and learning basic obedience like sit, down, touch and come. In her foster home she enjoys playing with other dogs including three-way games of tug. She will thrive in an active home with plenty of attention and stimulation.

Adoption Info: Inky's adoption fee is $550 which includes her spay, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV, microchip, and recent health check with a veterinarian. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization.

Animal History: Inky and her littermates were rescued from eastern Washington by SPDR in September 2024; as she is not a Doberman, Truffle was transferred to Dog Gone Seattle and is currently fostered and available for adoption in the greater Seattle area.
