Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Temperament: Protective. Independent enough to require leash or fenced yard.
Trained in: Leave it, Sit, Down, Go to bed, Wait, Touch. House trained.
Likes: Walks, playing with toys, other dogs, chewing ice cubes.
Dislikes: Strangers, Cats (other small animals I might consider prey).
Unknown: Kids
Medical: Heartworm Positive (ongoing treatment), treated for Rabies and hookworm 2024.
----------------------Roy was found by the side of highway 66 in central Florida. He was brought to Naples; where he was subjected to the rigorous training of PetSmart! He advanced through basic into intermediate training where he graduated top of his class. Due to medical issues with family overseas, we have decided to move, making it very difficult to bring our boy, Roy. While Roy enjoys the company of his canine friends, he's not a fan of cats or other small animals (he might consider them prey). He's wary of strangers, which means he'll make a fantastic watchdog for the right person or family.
