Meet TIANA!
• Female
• McNab mix
• 10 months old
• 27 pounds
• High energy
• Good with dogs
• Good in a harness
• Working on potty training
Like morning sunshine warming a garden, Tiana’s gentle presence naturally draws others near, human and canine alike. Though still wrapped in the playful exuberance of puppyhood, Tiana moves through the world with unconditional love and innocence. This angel wouldn’t hurt a fly and is eager to be by the side of the person who will have her. She loves to play with toys when she can, even more if it squeaks! Tiana is always ready to play with any dog too – she will have no problems making friends at the dog park. Neither too big nor too small, too bold nor too shy, Tiana is a goldilocks dog that could fit in many household types. With some gentle guidance to polish her puppy manners, we see her able to transform into a gem of a family dog, whose heart has enough love to fill every corner of your home.
Tiana is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

More about this rescue
Highland Lakes Canine Rescue was founded in 1999 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by a group of folks who wanted to rescue homeless dogs from the Central Texas region and care for their health, rehabilitation and then to ultimately find these dogs a forever home uniting them with a newly adopted family. Initially HLCR started out as a foster only organization but over the 17 years has grown into it's own location with a kennel facility, outdoor pens, walking trails and staff and resident caretaker. An active and passionate group of staff and volunteers works tirelessly supporting HLCR and its mission.
