My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Dot, a sophisticated and charming feline looking for my forever abode. I made my debut on July 24th in my foster family's lovely home, alongside my four sisters and one brother. While our mother was once a feral beauty roaming the backyard, our marvelous foster parents have transformed us into the epitome of feline refinement and sociability.

I have a penchant for the finer things in life. Nothing quite compares to lounging on a plush cushion, receiving gentle pets from my human companions. While I do enjoy the occasional playful romp, I prefer to maintain my dignity and poise. That being said, I simply cannot resist the allure of Churu treats - they're simply divine and bring out my more... spirited side.

Now, while i love my siblings dearly, I share a special connection with my sister Wedge KRLA - A - 8574. We're the last two of our litter awaiting our forever homes, and we'd be absolutely thrilled to be adopted as a pair. We're the best of friends and, dare I say, partners in refined mischief. Wedge complements my sophisticated nature perfectly.

If you're in search of a duo of elegant, well-mannered, and sociable kittens to bring a touch of class and joy to your home, Wedge and I would be simply purr-fect for you. We promise to grace your days with gentle purrs, dignified cuddles, and just a dash of playful antics. Are you prepared to welcome us into your home and heart?

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
