Meet Cheez!

Little Cheez is a lovely pup, perhaps a mix of Dachshund and Lab? We're not sure but boy is he cute!

Cheez is an adorable playful puppy that is ready to explore the world around him. He loves playing with toys, fetching balls, and sitting for treats. He calms down easily in his crate or playpen and is great with the resident dog at his foster home. He’s learning how to walk on a leash and is starting to get on a potty schedule.

â€‹Cheez will be vaccinated, chipped and dewormed. He will be neutered between 8-12 months at our cost. His adoption fee is $525.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

Submit Application

Please submit an application via our website for the dog you are interested in.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once we receive your application we will arrange a meet and greet for you with the dog in their foster home.

3.
Take the Pet Home

After the meet and greet, if all goes well, we offer a two week trial adoption to ensure the dog is indeed a good match for you.

Additional adoption info

All applicants have a two-week trial adoption period. If the trial adoption is successful, a final adoption contract is signed.

Saving Great Animals is a match-making rescue. All of our dogs are in foster homes and we work with you to help you find your best match. All of our dogs are vaccinated, chipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. All applicants have the opportunity to do a two-week trial adoption to ensure the dog is the right match for you. We are passionate about our work and transparent with you so that you find the dog that will be the love of your life.
