Meet Oliver—This is a second attempt on rehoming him due to recent reactivity issues that the adopters reported.
My wife and I are first time dog owners and rescued our 3 year old, male, Australian Shepherd/Border Collie Mix named Oliver prematurely at four weeks old.
Oliver loves to swim, go on car rides, and loves to play fetch. He loves structure and a routine. He knows basic commands and is crate trained.
We rehomed him due to a severe dog danger allergy that my wife developed, preventing us from keeping him even as an outside dog, despite our many attempts to make it work.
While he was an outside dog, he became more anxious around strangers, but has behaved well around people and dogs that he knows. We have received him back from the adopters due to reported reactivity. He adjusted well to them, but was often reactive when company was over, and in public places leading to some reported bites.
We are happy to provide further details as this listing space is limited.
