My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Winter! I came to RASKC with my brother Summer when we were found as strays. Now we`re looking for new homes!

I`m a cool girl with a laid back disposition. I tend to take a backseat to whatever my brother Summer wants to do. I`ve met a few other dogs while at RASKC and enjoy their company in short bursts. Summer is the only other dog I seem to enjoy the constant company of, at least for now. I would love to go to my new home with my brother if possible, but we are not bonded and are willing to split up to find new homes.

I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home! I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!

More about this shelter

Thank you for considering pet adoption! Adopting a shelter animal can be a very rewarding experience. At RASKC, our mission is to place healthy and treatable adoptable pets into permanent homes. We welcome all adopters and aim to find a great match for every customer by providing as much information as we can about each animal, and ultimately allowing each adopter to make the final decision about what is right for their family. Our goal is to be a resource for you throughout the life of your new pet and beyond!
