This tiny little wisp of a puppy is WISP!
Wisp is absolutely ADORABLE! She is tiny but brave. She loves to play and is a big fan of belly rubs. She is still a baby so she will need a family ready to jump in with all the important puppy lessons a little pup like Wisp needs to learn.
