My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Kevin! Just like my namesake (yes, the Minion), I’m loyal, curious, and maybe a tiny bit mischievous. At about 11 months old and a petite 12 pounds, I’m still a puppy but full-grown in size—though my personality is growing bigger every day!

When I first came to my foster mom, I was pretty shy and timid. But with lots of love and patience, I’m finding my confidence and starting to show my true colors. And let me tell you, once I’m comfortable, I’ve got plenty of sass and spunk to share!

I’m working hard on my potty training and making great progress. I walk nicely on a leash and love going on walks to explore the world around me. I also enjoy playing with other dogs and having some backyard adventures.

What I need most is a loving home with someoned who can give me patience and understanding as I continue to blossom. In return, I promise to give you all the love and loyalty a little guy like me can offer. Ready to meet your new best friend? It’s me, Kevin!

My adoption fee is $350 locally in Houston, TX or can be transported out of state on Dec. 5  for $550 (includes health certificate and transport fee). I am up to date on my vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Fill out an app at: https://toolkit.rescuegroups.org/of/f?c=SQYPSGVQ

Additional adoption info

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are NOT considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay a fee and sign an adoption agreement. Fees are $200 for a puppy under a year and $150 for adults and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.
