Hi, I am Katniss. I am a sweet, gentle and shy kitty looking for a home. I like to play with mouse toys and bask in the sun. I can be fearful of new people and places so I need a home without kids under 12. I am also afraid of dogs so I need a home without them. I would love to have a chance to meet you, warm up and become a part of your family.

This cat tested positive for FIV. This animal must be an indoor only. This disease will require veterinary care throughout the life of this animal and may cause it to have a shortened lifespan. Please see our Client Service Representatives for more information.

We will work with you to find the perfect match! We are using the Meet Your Match program for all dogs and cats in the shelter.

Our adoption fee for a cat or kitten is $ 25 - $ 150.

Our adoption fee for a dog or puppy is $ 75 - $ 500.

We also regularly have other companion animals available for adoption such as rabbits and other small mammals, birds and reptiles. Fees vary.
