Meet North: A Brave Pup Ready for a Fresh Start

North came to us alongside his brother Peppermint, both rescued from incredibly difficult conditions. They were kept in a backyard with their littermates in filthy, unsafe surroundings. Despite this rough beginning, North is a brave boy with so much love to give, and he’s ready for a fresh start in a home where he’ll be cared for and cherished.

At just 3 months old, North is a little shy but warms up quickly with patience and kindness. His stunning coat, a mix of fawn and red, gives him a unique and handsome look. North is a mix of Australian Cattle Dog and Shepherd, and at 17.8 lbs as of 11/13/2024, he is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog.

North is good with kids and other dogs and will likely do well with cats, though he hasn’t met many yet. He is crate-trained and still working on his house training. Like most puppies, North will need a family who can help him adjust, grow, and thrive. With love and consistency, he will be the loyal companion you've been looking for.
