Introducing Quinn! This charming girl is about 3 years old with a classic Doberman temperament. She is a social dog who carries herself with confidence and grace, enjoys being with people and will come right in for snuggles. Quinn is active, enjoys exploring, and is a big fan of interactive games such as fetch and tug. She does well with other dogs, and we recommend that she be paired with confident, polite dogs as she does not tolerate unruly dogs well. Quinn needs to work on loose-leash walking and learn commands, however her intelligence and desire to please should make for a quick learner. On arrival she was a bit pushy, trying to steal treats from pockets, but within minutes Quinn figured out that this got her nothing and she adjusted her behavior. Since then she has demonstrated lovely manners because she is a clever dog. Quinn is a lot of fun and will make a wonderful companion.
Cats, not tested Children 12+ Obedience & leash training needed, food motivated and very smart House trained, will need help with new routine Fenced play area preferred, she likes to run Doberman/large breed experienced handlers ideal

You can stop by the shelter Monday through Sunday from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.

The UCHS staff can let you know if the animal is currently at the shelter or at one of our remote locations, such as a foster home, local pet supply store or our Thrift Shop.
