Hello, I`m Rifa. I`m a bit of a wallflower, you see. I love to watch the world from my cozy corner. The hustle and bustle of the shelter is fascinating. I`m not always the first to jump into the action, but that doesn`t mean I don`t crave companionship. I`m still a kitten, so I have lots of growing and learning to do. I`m hoping for a patient friend who can help me blossom. I promise, with time, I`ll be your best friend. Adopt Rifa, and let`s explore life`s quiet moments together.
