Suddenly Seymour is undergoing Parvo treatment through APA! and is expected to make a full recovery. They are not quite out of the woods yet and will need a few more days to complete treatment before leaving the Parvo ward; but that doesn't mean they can't start getting the word out that they need an adopter lined up for when they are ready to leave on 11/20/24! If you would be interested in learning more about me you can email Matchmaker@austinpetsalive.org or come to the shelter and ask to meet them. Please be aware that they absolutely cannot go home until 11/20/24, or until they test negative, but we will be taking 1-2 people's information to be lined up for their adoption.

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
