Why I need a new home

Human health issues (e.g. allergies, sickness)

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

REHOMING PENDING. I will update Poppy's profile after Saturday (16 Nov) in case this new home doesn't work out.

Poppy is 5 years old and we have had her since a puppy. My health forces us to give up one of our 3 dogs and Poppy is the one we think will most thrive in a new home. She currently lives with 2 other dogs and is a little fearful of the larger one.
She is a very sweet dog, walks well to heal, comes when called and obeys other simple commands.
We'd ideally like to home her with an older person or couple who are looking for a calm dog who likes nothing more than to be with her person.
