My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Daphne has a sad story to tell...
Daphne came to us when she was only 4 months old. She was then adopted out. Now 3 years old, we got the call that she was surrendered to a local animal shelter with her sister" Xyla. Of course we went and came to our girls rescue, and her sister. Both girls were uprooted for no reason and just dropped at the shelter like it was nothing.
These girls are just amazing! I can't believe these girls were ever brought back. They love to snuggle, Daphne gives kisses. Super social girls who luckily needed no adjusting in a new environment, even though they are super confused. They just crave love and attention.
We do not want to separate them since they have been living together all this time. Please help us give them a better home that won't return them for no reason.

This baby is spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccinations, is FIV and FeLV/Feline Leukemia Negative, and ready to find a soft spot to land and enjoy a family!

we are a foster based organization on Long Island, NY that will adopt out of state! Please fill out an application at LCARescue.org!

More about this rescue

We provide adoption services in NY, NJ, CT, RI, NH, and ME.

Last Chance Animal Rescue is a Charitable, not -for profit organization, created to save the lives of animals. We rescue animals that are located in "KILL" facilities and underwrite the costs of relocating them to "NO KILL" facilities in hopes of finding them a forever family. We work with local veterinarians for spay-neuter/ medical services until permanent placement is secured into a pre-screened loving home. We depend on donations to continue to save these helpless loving animals from being killed and hope that you will consider supporting our cause..... saving as many lives as we can.
