Meet sweet little Lita (aka Libby), a 1 1/2 year old 36-lb. German Shepard we've spent the last two months fostering! She recently became a tripod following a car accident that landed her at the shelter. Three legs have not stopped her from moving and zooming & loving life!
She is 100% housebroken & has mastered the doggie door
She is non-destructive & is given free rein of the house whenever we're home
She is EXTREMELY affectionate & loves to snuggle (& give kisses)
She loves, loves, loves adventures, especially when they involve a doggie stroller and/or a leash
She has yet to meet a stranger - she's been great when meeting humans of all ages
She's been fostered with a 7-yr old female Shepard & has done wonderfully - she's learned to respect the space of her foster sister, but does seem to thrive in her company! We've also seen her interact with other dogs, both large and small, & she did great!
