Sweet Spice and her sister, Sugar, were living outside with their feral momma cat. They were all trapped to be spayed/neutered, but these two were just too sweet to release back outside. A kind lady took them in until Heartland had space. They have the softest medium-length fur and gorgeous green eyes that will melt your heart. Both girls are very bonded and must be adopted together. They are timid and shy at first, but warm up with a bit of time and are very sweet and docile. Spice (red collar) was the first to warm up and explore at my house with Sugar following quickly behind. They love to be petted and brushed and purr as soon as you touch them. Both girls will give gentle head nuzzles when you pet them and lean into your hand to get as much love as possible. They enjoy canned food, treats, and toys with catnip. They also like to play with feather sticks. Both girls do just fine with other cats and are definitely not the dominant type. They would do best in a quiet home without young kids and a lot of activity due to their gentle and timid personality. They are wonderful and friendly kitties who crave affection; they just need a bit of time to build confidence and rapport with people. They would do great with another kitty in the home and may even adjust to a calm, cat-friendly dog. They are fully vetted and ready for their forever home!
