This pet was brought in by her previous owner on 11/9/24.

At SDHS:
This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home!

Why this pet is the one for you:
Mochi is a sweet, medium-sized adult dog looking for a loving, patient home. She can be reactive to other dogs when there's barriers like leashes, fences, and windows, but once these are removed, she shows more social behaviors. Although she has mild caution around new people, she responds well to slow introductions and would thrive in a quieter, low-traffic environment. Mochi is looking for a family who can offer her the space and understanding she needs to feel truly comfortable and loved.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
