My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Puppycat is looking for a loving foster home to relax in while they are recovering.
Meet Puppycat, the kitten with the most confusing identity in town! Part kitten, part puppy, and 100% adorable, Puppycat is a playful ball of fluff who thinks she’s a dog in disguise. She loves chasing toys, getting belly rubs, and following you around like your shadow. With her sweet demeanor and silly antics, Puppycat is sure to steal your heart and keep you laughing. If you’re ready for a kitten who’s a little bit cat, a little bit dog, and a whole lot of fun, Puppycat’s the one for you!

Reason for Foster: Ringworm

Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks +

Foster Care Plan: Puppycat is being treated for ringworm which is a fungal skin infection. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that they be kept in a room away from other pets. Be sure to wash your hands and change clothing after interacting with them. A room without upholstered furniture or carpet is ideal.

This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go home with an antifungal medication. We will provide a full medical consultation at pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this little one.

Foster to Adopt Program: Puppycat is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
